The Brotherhood (Horde) is looking for core members to form Guild.
We have been playing for a few weeks together, and decided to form our own Guild since we seem to be online around the same times. Most of us are USA based, on during the evenings.
The Brotherhood is about strengthening the members of our guild to better the group. Yes, the exp rate is increased, but that comes with the shortcoming of less viable Equipment for endgame. We are all experienced in end-game raids and instances, all of us have played retail wotlk until CATA's release.
